Pardon me if I jump ahead a few days, this was the only St. Stephen I heard them play . I put the AUD here, as it sounds more like what I heard !
Happy St. Stephen's day, don't get stoned ...

Funny thing was at the time, I was a little disappointed (!), the last shows I had seen before ( 1/10/78, 6/4/77 ) were awesome ( God we were spoiled !), so this seemed less stellar . "How come the St. Stephen is so slow?' ( I had never heard the Donna version, guess I was expecting it to sound like the "Live Dead "one...)
The Nubians were impressive to us though ! Also we were way in the back of arena \, so the sound was a little distant , so this AUD would be what I heard if I had been a bit closer .
Many years I got a MANY gen. SBD tape of this show , and realized how good it was . And then a friend got me this AUD , which was even better . I think some of the rank and file songs fare better than the more celebrated next night .
